A Friday, Saturday, or Sunday wedding is the whole estate and one night in The Manor. Weekdays are the same grounds; a night in the house can be added on a tour. August, January, and February are discounted — those rates are shared when you visit.

Up to 175 guests
The chapel, hall, and grounds fit a normal wedding guest list. About 175 is the top end.
Two ceremony settings
The chapel is indoors, with a wall of windows. The meadow is outside, under the trees, with wooden benches.
Two cocktail-hour locations
One is on the hall patio, under the large gazebo. The other is on the grounds. We’ll walk both on a tour.
Reception hall
Farm tables and cross-back chairs are already here. The large gazebo on the lawn sits with this building.
Bridal suite & groom’s room
Both getting-ready rooms are in the hall. The wedding party sleeps in The Manor.
Tables, chairs & a host
Tables, chairs, and a River Road Host come with the rental. You don’t pay for those separately the week of the wedding.
9 AM to 11 PM
You're here from 9 in the morning until 11 at night. That's enough time to get ready, take pictures, eat, and dance.

August, January, and February.
August, January, and February are our quieter months, and the rental is discounted. We share those numbers on a tour.

Is The Manor included?
Yes. One night for up to 15 people is part of the $9,000 weekend. Extra nights, or a Manor stay on a weekday, can be added on a tour.
Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes. Bring your people. Five Star's Essentials Package is there if you want the day handled together.
What if it rains?
The chapel is indoors. If the forecast is bad, the ceremony happens there. The meadow is the outdoor option when the weather's good.
